I am saving for a new head i was thinking about the orange tiny terror or a mesa boogie? I play a lot of punk and heavy music and my solid state overdrive channel is not cutting it, i get a better tone from my clean channel with my overdrive pedal kinda that tube brightness but it lacks the gain. Also is it true that i will have to replace the tubes in my head every year if i play every week?

Imagine the part of the ballsack where occasionally old poo sticks to the pubes and hardens, and you then have to pull out, but as an amp. That's an MG.

A girl once told me she'd give me head for 500 kisses.

Try Bugera, they've got more gain than you'd know what to even do with. Plus the clean channel is actually really good for it being such a high gain amp

The only real answer to the SG vs Les Paul debate is to get a Flying V and laugh at all the suckers who don't have one.

Tiny Terror is a poor choice really. What you want is the Bugera 1990 or 6262.

The Mesa DC-5 or DC-10 is the most likely head to find in your price range, and they're superb amps.

JCA50h. Enough gain for anything and can be found for $500 new.

How often you have to replace the tubes often depends on how often you play, though tubes can go out anytime.
