Seeing as drop tuning is part of what defines the metal genre, there isn't a very big list of songs that are drop tuned that couldn't be group as some sort of metal.

'Good' is also a shitty descriptor for the songs you seek. Since your avatar is of Green Day I'll assume you like generic, simple songs.

Have this list of songs from some website on google:
Dear Prudence - The Beatles
The Chain - Fleetwood Mac
Ohio - Neil Young
Harvest Moon - Neil Young
All Apologies - Nirvana
Something in the Way - Nirvana
Moby Dick - Led Zeppelin
Kashmir - Led Zeppelin
Higher - Creed
Everlong - Foo Fighters
Black Balloon - Goo Goo Dolls
I Miss You - Incubus
Cold - Crossfade
Grand Theft Autumn - Fallout Boy
Meant to Live - Switchfoot
So Cold - Breaking Benjamin
Sludge Factory - Alice in Chains
Vermilion Part 2 - Slipknot
Grace - Jeff Buckley
Black Hole Sun - Soundgarden
The End - The Doors
Smoke 'em 'til ya die.

This question was easy. then I saw that you don't want metal.
Alright, I can think of a few. Start off with "Freak" by Silverchair and "Joker and the Thief" by Wolfmother.

Man I could have needed this the other day >.<
But Slither by Velvet Revolver is a cool song. And its really fun to play

All Linkin Park songs off of thsir first 2 albums. It's nu metal but I'd call it closer to hard rock.

Warning, if you care about decent lyrics don't bother.

I don't think so.

How can I persuade her?

Radiohead use it often too, for example:
Jigsaw falling into place, Bodysnatchers, I might be wrong...

i think linking him to one of the other 900 threads for people who want to play entire songs with one finger is a legitimate reply
