Pretty great tone dude, I've been messing around with Pod Farm for a year or so now, and I'm gonna try your EQ in reaper, see if that helps. But, I did wanna ask, what drum VST are you using?

Sounds very boxy and muffled; I'd raise the LPF to something a little more standard like 8-10khz to add a little more life and air in.

After I uploaded the video I raised it to around 8.5k. Not a huge difference, but it does sound better than in the clip.
