I surf the internet. Does that count?

Does anyone even say that anymore?

Talking about surfing in december with a guy from Derbyshire in England...

Rather weird.

I surf the internet. I don't surf the ocean.
sometimes I see us in a cymbal splash or in the sound of a car crash

Surfing the internet doesn't count

And about living in Derbyshire;it sucks but I don't have the money to move,I'll just keep heading down south every weekend...

I surf in the summer when I'm down in Mexico. The water here in WA is cold, the coast is far from where I am, and the swells are inconsistent. Plus, there's something to be said for surfing in the tropics. It's just a different vibe. So yeah, I think I'll stick to surfing when I'm in Mexico and skiing and snowboarding when I'm up here.

Please don't tell me I'm the only one that clicked this thread thinking I would learn how to make my guitar sound like a grizzly bear.

Would it be too weird to learn at age 18? I've always wanted to.
