Budget: $500 US
Genres: Rock/blues/hard rock/metal. My favorite bands include: The Who, Led Zeppelin, Boston, Rush, Pink Floyd, ACDC, Joe Walsh, BTO, April Wine stuff like that. I also play Van Halen, Scorpions, Poison, Metallica. Cleans are important, I also want a nice amount of overdrive.
New or Used: Either.
Gig and home. 30 watts?
Closest City: Maple Grove MN (Local Guitar Center) I'm really in Monticello
Current Gear: Epiphone G-400, Fender Showmaster SSS, Fender Vibro Champ XD, Boss SD-1(overdrive), Rat 2(distortion), joyo ultimate octave/fuzz, behringer vintage phaser (best $20 pedal ever)
I'm looking for something all tube, that can be quiet but can still perform above drums.
Thanks in advance

Piano dick had some good parts, but should have said "As the business man slowly gets boned", would have accented the whole dick feeling of the album

If only I were the only one at home right now. I don't need my parents asking who Mr. Wiggles is.

Peavey Classic 30.

Never tried it out, but I've been told it doesn't take pedals well.

Oh god no, just no.
For $500 bux I would try to get a used all Tube Halfstack, something like a Vox Night Train.
Or the lil Night Train if the budget is too tight.

I've heard Blackhearts can get a pretty good Hiwatt type sound and have awesome cleans and gain. Look into a Handsome Devil.
