yes, i am using it everyday, you should direct the DAW program to the folder where the dll is fould and you should see it in your vst effects list.

put the original .dll file in your DAW's plugin folder

I think the OP is wanting to know if it is possible to use VST plugins inside of Guitar Rig 4 instead of using GR4 as a VST in a DAW.

I haven't used Guitar Rig much, but from what I have used...unfortunately it doesn't look like a possibility. :-(

I think ReValver is the only amp sim that supports it, though even then it doesn't work too well.
