Im on break i ran XC in the fall so im in shape from that still and we ran about 50-60 miles a week.

Alright, so by now you've probably downgraded to about 35-40 miles to the week. Here's a suggested workout for week 1:

I'm assuming you can run a 5 minute mile. If not, adjust the timed paces.

Monday - 6 mile run, medium to medium hard pace.
Tuesday - 4 x 800m @ 2:45, 4 x 400m @ 1:20.
Wednesday - 7 mile run, medium to medium hard pace.
Thursday - pyramids! Do 2x200m -> 2x400m -> 2x800m -> 1x1000m <- 2x800m <- 2x400m <- 2x200m.
Friday - 4 mile run, medium slow pace.
Saturday - 10 mile run, medium pace.
Sunday - rest.

Total mileage: 34 miles.

Well I'm a sprinter but I like to do long distance workouts to keep in shape. I normally run everyday. I try to run to a place. Then over that week I work on getting to that place faster. Then then next week I try going to a further place, and repeat process.
