Not sure if this is the correct place to ask this, but here it goes anyway.
I've not picked up my guitar to seriously play in almost a year due to college and life interfering. I've lost most of the ability I had before, and now it just frustrates me when I try to play.
I guess what I'm trying to ask is if there are any ways I can get back into playing without it being frustrating. Time is also an issue, because I'm still in school. I don't want seven years of work to be thrown away.
Thanks in advance.
Try playing some simple songs/riffs that you knew how to play and build from there. Alternatively, you could use the knowledge you have about music and how it works to make your own riffs within your skill level. Once you are enthusiastic about playing again, then focus on building back up to where you were.
I've decided that my signature is terrible. I'm open to suggestions.
