Okay, now that I have your attention.

With all my pedalz plugged in, after every chord I hit, I get a barely audible repeat of it. I singled my delay pedal out, and it was definitely the delay pedal. (The delay pedal was in fact, off, but still repeats)

Also, every time the red light on my tuner on the display blinks...I get a cool techno beat through my amp. I singled out my tuner, and with just the tuner plugged in, no tekno beetz. I plugged the tuner and delay pedal in together, and the tekno beetz have come back!

I plugged directly into the amp and it sounds fine, seems like the delay pedal is the culprit.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Sounds like a dodgey switch in the delay pedal.

I really only trust the things you say

Well, worst case scenario, I save for a new one. It's been good to me for 30 bucks.
