Hi, Pit. I was planning to start working out soon so I have a few simple questions for those of you who work out.

How often do you work out?
How many times a week?
How many times a day?
How long do you work out each time?

Also, I'm planning to work out at home so I won't have all that gym equipment with me (maybe I'll buy dumbbells though). Can anyone recommend me any links to good beginners bodyweight training routines?
