Hi, this is my cover for this song from the Tokyo Jukebox album(J-Pop cover album). I think its one of Martys best, its originally sung by Alan Dawa Dolma.

I made quite a few mistakes, but Im happy with it. Couldnt quite reach the stupidly hard high G bend. And its VERY hard to predict Marty's timing, even with a metronome. please feel free to criticize.

I can hardly hear you man. It seems like you can play it but from what I can tell, if your tone was turned up a bit there would be a whole lot of mistakes audible. Your vibrato is very erratic, it doesn't seem to be constant and I think you're lacking confidence in your fingers. Try using your wrist for vibrato rather than the whole arm
Practice your vibrato man. It's hard, but be strict with yourself and in a few weeks you'll get it.

thanks for the advice. Ive been practicing vibrato quite alot, but the real problem Im having with it is my worn frets. Its been 2 years since I got it and Ive never polished or sent them for a leveling. And its becoming harder to vibrato on them, and sometimes I have to do it with my whole arm to even get vibrato. Ill definitely keep practicing though, and get fret leveling as soon as possible.
