I was playing the ibanez EGEN8 the other day and I really loved the feel of it. It was really light and thin and just really comfortable. Does anyone know which Ibanez model it is based on? The EGEN is a bit flashy for me (even the cheaper EGEN 8) so I was hoping there was another similar model available. Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, EGEN are based on the saber

They are all thin, both S and SV series, the SA series are meant to be fatter tho never played one.

Yeah it's an S series. Yeah S is always thing. They're also really awesome. I think the only thing different about the EGEN body is that the part where your hand would hit the body when playing higher frets has been shaved back a fair bit so you get better access - Mr Li talks about this in some video of his. But either way, get an S! xD
