I have a printed out sheet of the F major scale that shows me this :

F G. A. A# C D. E. F. (not the decimals tho)
I. II. III. IV. V. VI. VII. I
1st. 3rd. 5th. 6th. 8th. 10th. 12th. 13th

II is 3rd? III is fifth?

I have no idea what website I got this from, But what is this? What why are all the roman numbers major? Because I know this degree; I ii iii IV V Vi Vii VIII

okay i think i got it

the letter names are obviously the name of the notes

the roman numberals are the scael degrees(i dont think they mention the chords major or minor
and the 1st,2nd etc. are where the notes are on the e string of your guitar

and i think the thing your talking about shuld be
I ii iii IV V vi viio I

edit the A# should really be a Bb
