I am running 7 pedals now on my board. Some are before the amp and others are in the loop. I am getting lots of extra noise/hum through my amp.

Guitar>Crybaby>Compressor>OD>Amp

Loop Send: reverb>phaser>chorus>delay>return

So what noise suppressor is better? These two seem to be the most common. Also, should I have one before loop and one after? just before loop? just after?

Thanks

Thanks, I did a search for "noise suppressor" didn't come up with nearly this many good posts.

Desimator = Transparent
NS2 hits tone a bit but can be run in a "X Pattern" where it suppressed feedback in front, and hiss in the loop.

I couldn't deal with the NS2 hitting my tone, even though it wasn't terribly bad.
