Welcome to mixtape week 14 guize

So everyone knows that electronic music isn't 'real' music, right? They can't play instruments and all they do is push buttons. Like, there's not even any soul. How can you have emotion in your music if it's all done by computers?!

I'm joking of course, but hopefully this mix can provide a good starting point for anyone not familiar with electronic based music. There's a few non electronic things in there too which I think fit in with the vibe I was going for.

Yeah that's pretty much it.

Interesting list man. Not my kind of electronica, I found a lot of it... very somber and very... static, if that makes sense?

I did like the last track however, and a lot of songs had their moments.

It's a good time too stop when you start ejaculating air, right?

I enjoyed most of the songs. The Bohren track felt like a drag though.

You've reminded me to check Boards of Canada out. Really dug that one. The last one struck me as well. The James Blake and Four Tet songs also rocked, but I was aware of that already.

All in all a solid and cohesive mix.

Cheers guys!

I think you have to be in the right mood to enjoy Bohren properly, preferably on your own in the early hours of the morning

I have to say I'm quite new to Electronic Music, despite wanting to get into it for a while. This mixtape was good, but the second half absolutely DEEESTOROYED the first half of it. That's not the say the first 5 songs were bad (except for James Blake) but I ended up skipping most of them due to unnecessary repetition (and because they need more emotion ) I could listen to the last six songs all the way through, and I will be, because they're awesome.

Good job Benny!
