Average day for a lazy musician.

There are days that I play through some 15 songs I haven't played before, but to call that learning a song... as said, they're likely to be easy songs. I'd rather learn half a song that requires me to use new techniques or challenges me in another way.
#8
I sometimes play thru my beatles 1 tabbook for the fun of it, i know most the songs in their but not all. I havent learned much lately

Something like 3 or 4. But I still remember the days when I struggled with learning to play the verse riff from Fade to Black.. took me whole week to play it right!

I picked a random song from your list to check if they were all easy songs.

The song was "A Prophecy - Asking Alexandria"

That song is crap. You should unlearn it.

I'm exaggerating, obviously. But still, that song is terrible.

You learned 23 songs in a day? Pish.

I wrote 23 songs in a day.
I shall grant you three wishes.

None of which will work.

Does the above post enrage, offend or confuse you?

Good.

I'm a dumb dude so if I learn a cover song it will be about a week till I get it down.

As for composing songs I'm still a dumb dude, half the song will be finished after 1 day.

Though I learn mostly progressive metal and death metal and compose full band rock stuff so maybe that's the problem.

tl;dr: I'm dumb

Indian Summer - Brooks & Dunn

Whoa, I thought you listened to Indian Summer for a second there, which confused me 'cuz I was like, "Wait, I thought you only liked shitty country." Never mind.

I don't learn songs. It's just so cumbersome to get a tab, read it, and play what I'm looking at. The only time I ever learn covers is if I get lucky and figure it out when I'm just noodling around. Covers are for squares and philistines anyway, so idgaf.

I know a few random riffs, and that's about it. I mainly screw around and write my own shit.

AA and A7X are funny to see. Aside from the solo in afterlife, rather simple stuff.

Now if it was the entirety of albums like Polarity or Mo' Breau, then I'd be pretty impressed.

OT: The entirety of Three Days Grace's first two albums in the span of two days.
