I have seen someone else having issues with his pedal and someone told him to build a audio probe.

I was hoping someone could tell ne how to go about doing this?

Ah right, and you plug it in to a pedal and see if a signal is coming through?

You plug a source of signal (guitar, synth, oscilloscope, etc) into the pedal. Plug the 1/4 inch end of the probe into an amp. Attach the ground lead to a ground point on the pedal. "Probe" the circuit with the hot/capacitor lead until you find your problem. In doing this you would follow the signal flow from input to output probing along the circuit until you find the component where the signal dies.
