The mystery amp is finally unveiled!

-2 Channel
-Dual master volumes
-3 Button Footswitch
-50W output

------------------------------------
Other than the Earhart, Jet City has rolled out three new amps for NAMM Anaheim

JCA20HV - a redesigned JCA20H with an effects loop
-Revoiced specifically for V30's
-"It’s a little bit cleaner, and just a bit darker"
-Depth control, 2 position switch
-Solid State Effects Loop
-MicSim output
-Vertical 2x12 with V30's

-White chassis
-Basketweave cloth
-Chickenhead knobs

JCA200HFlex
From Jet City "Tonally, it's the same as our 20H. But! We've replaced the pots with programmable controls. Set it how you want it, and store it in any of 64 locations. Control it by footswitch or MIDI. It's sorta like a 64-channel tube amp."

JCA22CW - an innovative wedge-shaped amplifier. Seems to be the same as the 22H, but in combo form and a unique enclosure
-2 Channel, all tube
-Tube driven effects loop
-Custom Eminence speaker (most likely the same as the current ones)

From Roger Fisher (founding member & guitarist of Heart) "This is a concept I made several prototypes of in the ’80’s - a guitar amp aimed at the performer's ears - not toward the audience - which allows the front of house engineer to be in control of - not at the mercy of - the guitar sound", said Fisher. "My prototypes had a built-in mic, so one merely would plug and play - no mic to worry about. The MicSim (built into the Wedge) circuit my friend Doug Roberts engineered for Jet City Amplification solves that situation brilliantly. Suddenly all the concepts lined up to make this a game-changing product."

Cool, I'm liking Jet City so far. Just wish I could find a damn store that carries them.

Is this going to be a Soldano clone or something different?
Did you know the odds of a Vault-Tec shelter failing are 1,763,497 to 1?

So imagine life in a Vault-Tec Vault. Not just a future.
A brighter future... underground.

I can't tell if those are all outputs, or an FX loop. Hoping for fifty watts, two channels, built in reverb, and a bypassable FX loop.

Though it's probably something to cater to all those people who say "lol dis amp cant do punx or br00tz."
#4
Hard to tell at this point, they're only showing pictures and not hinting at anything besides calling it a "Blue Monster"

Looks like that row is speaker outputs, then Effects Loop, and a footswitch. You can almost make out the name of the amp, alllllmost.. definitely a 50W'er though

It's really bothering me, I wanna know what this thing's all about. And the 3 button footswitch all their other heads have a single button

Whatever it is, I'm putting my money on it not being anything brootz. A) it's blue, not black and B) only 50W.

Lol you make it sound like I don't care cause it's not brootz. I was just making an observation. I don't even like Jet City amps, just hanging out.

Every amp should have bright colours black is boring. And road flare red is the most metal colour of them all.

I like black a lot. I'm not trying to throw a gay pride parade on stage. That's what parks are for

I like the blue. I think it's the cream chickenhead knobs that clash. Whatever it is, it should be a decent amp. The guys at Jet City know what they're doing.

Also, I remember hearing that Jet City sales in the UK are terrible.....could that be why they're making these in the UK? Trying to use patriotism to foster sales? hmmmmmm....

I'm seriously trying to figure out what it's a copy of. It probably won't carry the "Design by Soldano" like the rest of the heads do. It'll probably be based off a British boutique head of some sort; Hiwatt perhaps? Although they're not a boutique company.

Could it be Orange based? That could explain the blue tolex. Though I'm not aware of any Orange with a 3 button footswitch (I'm not really a fan of amps with EL34's to start with anyway).

Probably because they where quite expensive at launch the jca100h was 699 at launch, you can get a used hot rod for 800..
Once they started blowing them out on ebay they sold like hotcakes

maybe they cloned a blackstar.

My Thunderverb has a 3 button footswitch. Play more Oranges. Don't know what blue tolex has to do with Orange either...
