What's the point of the handle if the amp is as tall as my iPhone? In my opinion, the over-sized handle hurts the aesthetics.
#12
that amp is solid state. you know what hurts it? the fact that its garbage.

Polytune mini too

Quote by TC Electronic
The Poly Tune Mini uses the exact same technology as the popular original PolyTune, showings the tuning state of all strings simultaneously by simply strumming the guitar, allowing guitarists to tune-up and then get back to playing in just a matter of seconds.

Like the original TC Electronic PolyTune, the Mini PolyTune is one of the most precise tuners in the world, tuning with +/- 0.5 cent precision in chromatic mode and +/- 1 cent accuracy in polyphonic mode. The PolyTune Mini automatically switches between chromatic and polyphonic modes depending on whether all strings are strummed at once or each string is picked individually.

The PolyTune Mini features Drop-D and Capo modes as well as True Bypass so your tone won't be affected. Its super-bright LED display with the same amount of LEDs as the original PolyTune makes for easy tuning in varying light conditions.

Ibanez RG Premium 7 strings should be there as well.

That's the advantage of being such a distance from Yianni. I can continue to live my life without fear of stumbling upon his dark terror.

The marco sfolgi demo vids of the 6 string rg premium are cool. The guitars themselves can take a run and jump for me at new prices, would rather get a used high end prestige/j-custom. I'm sure the indonesian supremes are nice enough but still ^ J FECKING CUSTOM.

Idk, Im not an ibanez guy to begin with, but the permiums just dont seem right. IIRC the build quality isnt great, its just fancy wood and features. also feel theyre pretty overpriced for what they are. but thats just IMO and feel free to prove me wrong on anything ive claimed as a fact, im not 100% up to date on all things ibanez

No.

Necks are lovely. Nice bridges. Good hardware. They're nice guitars that sit just below Prestiges.

Here Tim,

Be sure to add the official Marshall demo if you will of their new 1 watt gems. Not sure if I should post a lolstack or a pukestack or liplick stack

If I remember correctly, Marshall plans to make 150 of each amp and release one version every Quarter or something like that.

I actually liked some of those little 1 watt Marshall heads. Hell of a money grab though. they could have put the JTM, JMP, and JCM800 in the same head and just made each one a separate voicing/channel a la Fargen MiniPlex.

+1 no bueno. premiums are pretty shitty. yea the hardware didn't seem bad, but at that price range you don't see much bad hardware. the fit and finish was't great, the fretting wasn't great. both of the two i played felt like something was wrong or that they needed another trip to QC. pickups suck too (like most ibanez pickups until the 3XXX). i am at least glad they didn't create a lower level prestige. you can find prestiges much cheaper than that used pretty much brand new.

That Micro Terror is awful. When the hell did guitarists speak up as a whole and say 'fifteen pounds is too heavy! It needs to be lighter and if you want to cut weight start with the tube power section!' I don't think we did.
