So, this is my band and I was hoping you guys could check it out and give us feedback

http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Pursuit/213652802050361

We're a three piece band from Long Island, New York, with one drummer and two guitarists that each switch off between vocals, guitar, bass, and piano. Since there's so much instrumental and vocal switching each of our songs ends up sounding completely different because we all have our own different influences, including psychedelic, blues, hard rock, pop, grunge, alternative, and funk.

The two songs we have up now do a good job of showing our some of our contrasting styles, so thanks for listening and don't be afraid to say anything because any criticism is good criticism!

The songs were recorded using a Samsung microphone and Audacity to mix it

Just an update for my band;

We recorded two new songs and remixed our old ones using a Peavy PV6 Mixer, check em out! One is Until I Met You, a hard rock/blues tune and the other is Mad for You, a Latin inspired pop-ish song

Another update from us:

Someone liked our music enough to cover one of our songs!
Check out their cover on YouTube as well as the original on Reverbnation or Facebook!

New update:

Check out our cover of Where is my Mind by The Pixies
It's our first cover, we tried to give it our own psychedelic vibe instead of just covering the song straight

Great sound!

You are doing all the right things. The formula is the same today as ever....write songs people want to hear (and you have others covering you!), fill the clubs & keep building a following. Good job.
