I've been looking to get a cab. A lot of people have recommending getting a custom cab. It seems around the same price as stock. Are they a lot better quality?

Are you talking about Avatar cabs?

That depends on what company you're looking at. Some companies, like Emperor or Port City, will be more expensive than others, like Avatar or White Box.

There are custom cabinets, and then there are budget custom cabinets. Avatar falls into the budget custom category, but that doesn't mean their cabinets are bad.

also where are you in the world? there's not much point in suggesting avatar if you aren't in the US or Canada as i don't think they ship outside there- could be wrong, but i think i've heard that. even if they do, international shipping on something as big and heavy as a cab is going to be extremely expensive, odds are there are better local options.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.
