So im using my m audio oxygen 49 to record in reaper. The problem is that when im playing on it, the sound comes about a second later. How do i fix it?

Wrong forum, but anyways:

How are you connecting it to your computer?

Are you using a DI Box, or just going straight into the computer?

Get sound drivers from here: http://www.asio4all.com/

install and use. tweak the settings so you get a fast response but a good sound.

The Oxygen is a USB device, so its just straight-in.

OT: Check in your DAW, you should have the ability to fiddle around with some latency options that might fix the problem.

Lower the sample rate :-) it's probably somewhere in your DAWs device/midi settings.

probably won't fix anything as long as he's using standard drivers

I think the Line 6 interfaces have their own Asio drivers that come with them, so you could try running the Oxygen through it and make sure you have UX1ASIO selected as your input device.
Though I'm not 100% sure what outputs the keyboard has, I thought it was just USB out. If it has an audio/line out you could do it.
