Hi, I bougth a RG370DXZ a few months ago and now i thougth about changing the pickups...
I'm planning to get a EMG 81X for the bridge a SAX in the middle and a 85X on the neck..
I also want to build in a 3-Way-Switch instead of the 5-Way because i heard the EMGs aren't splittable anyway...
Is there anything i have to mind when doing this?

PS:Sorry if my english isn't that good

Using a 3-way would mean you can't mix single-coil and humbucker together, is that what you really want? A 5-way switch wouldn't split the humbuckers at all.

I'm cool because I have lyrics in my sig.

Hmm...
I didn't know you can mix a complete humbucker and a singlecoil(yep, i'm a noob )
I always thought they would start humming again...

Not at all, in fact the humbucker stops the single coil from humming.
