Hi, I'm not a proper drummer, but I can do basics (standard 4/4 rhythms and simple fills), and at the moment I'm just using a keyboard for drums on my demos, which as you may have guessed sounds crap. I haven't got much space and seeing as I'm only using it for demos, what is a fairly compact and affordable (under £150 ish if possible) kit?
Thanks in advance
Dave

get ezdrummer. the pop/rock kit has a ton of basic beats. if you wanna be really cool, you can get notation software like sibelius or finale and write your drum parts and import them into ez drummer. i do the latter and you can hear the results in the song "Cold as ice" on my UG profile.
