I'm still a somewhat new drummer, but I'm wondering if anyone know anything cool or different to do with the bass drum while playing a standard beat. I already have the alternating single-double and the double-double down (playing 2 16th notes on an eighth note, not double bass drum). I don't own a double bass drum, but any ideas are appreciated.

If you look at the thread I posted not long ago called 'Drumming exercises' or something along those lines, there's a good mp3 that you can either download or listen to on the website that has some good bass drum work outs at 80, 100, and 120 bpm. They're from Benny Greb's DVD so you know it's gotta be good.
