Hey the e string on my les Paul keeps failing when bending it just sounds as though I have just turned my amp off halfway through but only between the 12 and 15 fret plz help

High or low e? Are you bending it off the fret board? Does your neck have a bow in it?

That's where you can bend furthest; as it's the middle of the scale length of the string (halfway between the nut and the bridge). If it happens whilst set on the neck pickup (rhythm setting) it's because you're bending past where the pole in the pickup can pickup the vibrations of the string. You might find it happens a bit less on the bridge or "lead" pickup, even between the 2.

It's on the high e and it's not coz of bending it of the fretboard. Is there a way to fix it cos it never used to do it
