I know there are som scales which is "easy" to make good melodies with, so what kind of scales should I use to make some cool melodies? :s

I'm thinking a bit of A7X's Nightmare (intro) and yaa.. you kind of get the idea.

Suggestions?

You can make a melody with any scale.

You can make a melody without a scale.

Scales do not make music. Musicians make music.

This.
Learn the major and the minor scale (which, you'll soon discover, actually has the name notes as it's relative major).

Honestly, I doubt a7x ever uses anything but the major scale (and it's modes), it's really all about context, phrasing and contrast imo.
Current gear:
Carvin CT6M
TC Electronics Dark Matter distortion
Harley Benton 2x12, with Celestion V30s
Laney Ironheart 60w tube amp

The facepalm was a bit harsh. The kid's only asking for a little help.

On topic, what steven seagull is said is true but to start out with you might want to look at the major and minor scales.

I had a quick glance at a Nightmare tab and it looks like the intro is using D Minor.

How do you know this, exactly?
If you're a good musician, you can make good melodies with pretty much any scale. If you aren't, knowing all the scales in the world won't help you. The Seagull guy answered your question perfectly
