Hey guys, it's been a long while, so I thought I'd post these lyrics I wrote for my band... they're not awesome as stand-alone lyrics, but I thought I'd just get back into the community here
C4C dudes

I’ll keep you warm.
But if we start to sweat,
Don’t contest.
Just rest on my chest
‘Til the morning bell
We set for ourselves.
And I’ll drive you there.
But if someone else takes you home,
You’re going back alone.
You’re going back alone.

My biggest fear
Is that you won’t be here
When the smoke clears,
And the ashtray is full.

And I’ll keep you close.
But if my arms get too small
I’ll kiss your cheek
And look up as you turn away from me
My apologies
If I never etched on me
Those neck tattoos,
To enamor you.

My biggest fear
Is that you won’t be here
When the smoke clears,
And the ashtray is full.

But I know you well.
So lets not dwell on the future now.

Just request a kiss on your neck,
‘Til we address what comes next.
Just attest to my shuddering breaths,
That when I’ve left, it will be in death.

WEATHERER, the greatest band ever.

The best part of it is your 'chorus', or whatever with your title hook. The rest is. . . meh.

Simple rhymes, little description, and no personality. Put more of yourself in here. But keep working at it!

Cheers!
"Pain or damage don't end the world nor despair, nor fuckin' beatings. The world ends when you're dead, until then you have more punishment in store. Stand it like a man, and give some back."
