Bonjourno UG,

For some reason my Peavey Windsor stack will not produce any sound. The four tubes seem to be working (they work if they're glowing, right?) but no nose seems to be coming from it. I'm looking to sell this asap to get my Fender Hot Rod Deville so any help will be much appreciated

Try a different speaker cable. Really, I'd be worried that a wire has come adrift inside the cab. I'd be checking that first. You don't want to be running into an open circuit, or even worse something shorting out.
If it was me I'd be sticking a multimeter across the cab's input and checking that I had continuity. It should read a little less than the impedance of the cab.

Have you checked your preamp tubes? I had a Windsor a while back. From what I remember the preamp tubes had covers on them. Take the covers off and see if you can see any glow. Mine did the same thing. Mine was just a blown 12AX7. Good luck.

You probably have a fuse for the high voltage circuit inside the amp and it could be blown. The low voltage heaters will still work and the tubes will glow. But no high voltage is like having the amp on standby.

Just for reference, a glowing tube does NOT mean it is working fine, I have plenty of knackered tubes that glow just fine, you cannot rely on this as a method of diagnosing tube failure.
