What effect is the guitar player using for the divebomb during the main riff at the beginning?

It doesn't appear to be a Digitech whammy

You can also see the pedal at 2:36ish

Boss Pitchshifter (PS-5 or 6, I think)
Gear
Highway One Tele (w/Custom Shop 51 Nocaster pickups)
Standard Tele (modded to Nashville specs)
Reverend Roundhouse

Orange Rockerverb 50 MKI
Vox AC4c1
Jet City JCA20H

And pedals!

Boss Pitchshifter or you can get a cheap ass Behringer clone of the same pedal.

I play this song using my Bigsby for the divebomb and it sounds great. There's no need to rush out and buy a pedal if you have a guitar with a vibrato, because you can get the same sound with one.
Fender American Special Telecaster w/ Bigsby
Fender MIM Jaguar
Digitech Whammy-->Korg Pitchblack Poly-->Dunlop Cry Baby-->Danelectro Pastrami Overdrive-->EHX Big Muff Pi-->Joyo Digital Delay

I use my Whammy just fine, on the -2 octave setting. Sounds the most accurate.
