So what are your favorite guitar chord(s), and how do you play it/them?

Mine is A minor.

You know that old saying: "Men who play bass in the band have the largest genitalia." Well, it's the same for women.

Bm7 I'd say. Or Dm with an F in bass.

Oh and this one, no idea what it's called, can't be bothered to look it up.

Out of context, a chord I've liked for quite a long time now, is this particular voicing of Em11...

I love this chord. I couldn't really tell you what it's called. Maybe Bm13\E. I use it in a song in the key of D.

Em11 again! Nice.

I enjoy a first inversion Major 7th chord (or a mb6 chord)

e----7-
B-8--5-
G-5--8-
D-9--6-
A-7----
E------
CM7/E or Emb6

FbM7/Ab or Abmb6

These particular voicings for madd11 chords and M13 chords, respectively, are really nice as well

e------
B-7--9-
G-6--8-
D-6--8-
A-7----
E----7-

C#madd11/E and BM13 or BM7add13

Ok, now someone take all the chords from the 1st page and write a song using all of them in order.

You sure about that? I believe an Asus4 is a string up.
Not any more....

Yeah, could be called "E5 +b5", I see the dilemma...

e| 7
B| 7
G| 7
D| 9
A| 10
E| X

My favorite Major 7th chord voicing.
That's the same voice as Cmaj7 open.

e 0
b 0
G 0
D 2
A 3
E either X or 3

This one. . . Not sure what it is technically called but I love it in the middle of a jazzy something or other. Usually sounds better plucked string by string and not strummed - although in the right context strumming it can work.

If someone could tell me the technical name for that chord that would be much appreciated.
