Hey all!

A week ago a guy showed me some legatos (that's how i think you call them) where you just keep using hammer-ons and pull-offs without picking any strings.

I tried this too but i noticed the notes i played faded away really fast and I could barely hear them.

I play an ESP ltd M-100FM (which has quite high output pickups) straight into a fender frontman 25r

Is it just my technique or is it my gear?

The guy who showed me was using a fender strat (HSS) into marshall AVT-50 head I believe.

Thanks!

Probably technique. Pull offs can be tricky. I still have trouble with mine sometimes.

Yeah, you need to pull off at an angle, like slightly down toward the floor, along with pulling 'up and off'

Didn't you say that you had a stuffed fox that you would occasionally fuck?
