A few weeks ago I swapped the Dragon II pups in my PRS CE22 for a SD Jazz/JB set. Per seymour duncan's instructions I flipped the magnet in the bridge pickup over so that the split settings on the rotary switch would not be out of phase. Now, I'm planning on converting to Mccarty wiring (3 way switch with a push/pull). Is there any reason to keep the bridge magnet flipped over, or should I return it to stock?

For reference, here is the wiring diagram that I will be using:

Don't thik it will really change something. Maybe a little, but your not going to hear it.

I had a theory that in split mode, in the middle position, with the magnet flipped, there would be no hum cancelling, and a quick post on the seymour duncan forum confirmed that, so I need to flip the magnet back over.
