I like jazz,
I always have,
I always will,
piles of miles davis
and john coltrane
on my windowsill.
I love the trumpet,
the harsh tones,
the abrasive shrill,
I'd try it myself,
but all I can manage
is sharp discordant trills.

I wish I was a jazz musician,
where success is where you inovate,
I'd play the wrong scales,
and play all my parts really late.
But it still sounds great,
it's got the spirit of jazz,
theres a gritty edge of cool,
with harmonic razzamatazz.
