So my community college sent the W2 for the tuition payed in 2011 and my mom seems to think its wrong. I think we payed for my spring 2011 in december of 2010, so my spring 2011 semester isn't on the W2. SHe wants me to go get tax form for the spring semester but I'm not sure that I can even get that paper anymore. Can anyone shed some light on this?

I don't understand what you are saying. Why would they tax school tuition?

It's not taxed, but she can earn deductions based on how much she spent on tuition.
