I'm looking for a good album to learn for beginners, one that's simple but will help cultivate my skills. Whether it's simple chords, picking or fingerpicking. I mostly listen to alternative and classic rock, stuff like radiohead, the Pixies, Nirvana, the Beatles and the Red hot chili Peppers so any stuff in that sort of area would be cool.
Any reason you want to learn an album in particular? I'd try to branch out and get a few different songs so you can sample from different guitar players.

mama says "songs are like a box o' choklits - throw the moldy ones away and just eat the ones you like" i agree with artemis... why would you wanna learn a whole album????
Incubus - Morning View is worthwhile. Not their best musically but a lot to learn from it.
