Hi all i've just ordered a Marshall vintage 2266 and a 1960a cab. Is this a good cab or should i change it for the 425a with the greenbacks. what is the best cab or is it 6 of one and half a dozen of the other.

No.

Well, technically it could be done, but only in the same way that you could change a cat into a hamburger. It's an unpleasant process, and nobody is happy with the result.

Greenbacks will give you a warmer, looser, more "vintage" tone. Personally, I'd put G12H30s in, but it's all taste.

Thanks guys i want to get the right one and i'm really not sure what one to go for. I did a search and did a bit of reading and i think most people like the 425 but lets see what other people say.
