I'm hooking up a friends guitar with a wiring fix and a bridge setting. This guitar is going to be a dedicated Drop C guitar with a Licensed Floyd Rose Trem. Does anyone know what the proper saddle to nut distance should be for correct Drop C intonation?
Out here you've gotta know where your towel is!
there's no fixed measurement, but compared to drop d, you'll be moving the saddles backwards.
Like he said, no fixed measurement, just move the saddles back enough so it's intonated properly.
Use a tuner and figure it out.

just tune the guitar to the dedicated tuning, and play the 12th fret of a string on a tuner. it should still be perfectly in tune. if its flat, move the saddle closer to the pickups, and vice-versa if its sharps. do this for all strings and youre good.
