It's pretty good but you're singing very quietly which restricts your range and sounds breathy/whispery, learn to let your voice out more. Vocal range- not a clue, but something high like Tenor.

Hi. Can someone tell me which guitars are real 24 fret guitars and which are just 22 fret guitars with 2 extra frets added on?

ok, you really gotta work on that xD
you're not even singin the right melody, put the song in your mp3 or whatever and listen to it for a full day, just put it in repeat. Then sing like 5 times from start to finish, with the song playing in the back, then 5 times without the song. Practice the guitar without the singing and try to get really comfortable with changing the chords before even trying to sing at the same time, you look like you're strugling to sync your left and right hands.
learn the major scale and sing it while you play it, in different root notes.
Please don't forget that there are always some people that it doesn't matter how much they try, they just can't sing, bat dont let that stop you from trying, hope i was helpful

everyone can sing, they might not have a beautiful voice but everyone can sing if they practice enough
