I really only use Image-Line Vocodex for my vocoder (it cost $100 for the VST plugin on Image-Line website, they have a buy 3 plugins get 30% off deal now though). To be honest though if you are using Audacity I am assuming you don't know enough about routing signals and recording to use a vocoder that isn't just a plain preset like "robot voice", not to be mean or anything. We all start somewhere.

I linked the free plugin for Glitch in my last post.

As for the band pass you can use any equalizer, I assume one comes with audacity.

I also suggest you get Reaper at Reaper.fm to replace audacity. Reaper has an unlimited evaluation period so you can buy it once you get the cash (only $60).

I believe Glitch can runs VSTs but you should upgrade to Reaper probably.

Personally, I think Reaper's crap. I have Ableton, but never got around to learning how to use it.

Why do you think it's crap?
I think you just don't know how to use reaper if you think audacity is better.

Not that Audacity is better, but Reaper is unnecessarily complex and overdone. One of these days, I'll learn Ableton and use that.
