are there any good exercises to increase my finger dexterity and accuracy?

Trills with every finger combination.

Chromatic sequences like 1234, 1324, 4321 etc across all 6 strings, all over the fretboard. Be creative to try make many different sequences.

Scales to a metronome at a comfortable tempo, both picked and legato.

Scales in sequences (be creative).

Single note riffs and melodies.

Chromatic exercises build strength, speed, and stamina. Playing melodies and rhythms build musicality, so do both is the answer.

There are books of, "etudes",(*) which are a little of both approaches. Since they're written in music staff form rather than tablature, they can be rather helpful in learning to sight read, which in turn leads to being able to play music you've never heard. Tab isn't quite as effective in conveying timing and feeling as is written music.

So, if you feel ambitious, you should try all of the above.....
