so i was given a schecter omen extreme -

http://schecter-guitars.ru/eguitars/omen_series/Schecter%20Omen%20Extreme%20Electric%20Guitar_see%20thru%20black.jpg

the body and finish are near mint but action is way off the strings were concave so i tried adjusting the truss rod and the bridge but no difference then i noticed that the neck was actually convex in the middle so someone must have toyed with the truss rod too much

so can i get a new bolt on neck for it anywhere? does it have to be the exact same one for this model or will any bolt on neck fit?

1.) Take it to a tech. Just because the neck is convex doesn't mean the neck is done for. Twisting is generally what does necks in, so there's still a decent chance that the current neck can be saved.

2.) No, any bolt on will not fit.

3.) If you do end up needing a new neck, I would recommend one from Warmoth. Everything of theirs that I've played has been fantastic. Just remember, they only build the neck. They DO NOT dress and level the frets.
