I have a 4X10 hartke Cabinet that has 4 100watt 8 ohm Hartke Speakers in it. two of the speakers are blown can I put two 100 watt 16 ohm Hartke speaker in the same cabinet with two 100 watt 8 ohm Hartke speakers. will this work or will it damage something.

As far as I know, there is no way to get a total impedance that any guitar amp could match with that combination of speakers. In other words, don't do it.

make your life infinitely easier and just get some 8ohm speakers. it will be easier to wire up properly, and you wont have to mismatch your amplifiers output impedance with the cab (as mentioned earlier, there isn't an obvious way to solve the impedance issue). its easier to deal with wattage differences than impedance differences.
