It says something about the world that still the biggest employers are armies.

On the other hand, its plain funny to have McDonalds and Walmart in that list along with the dept of defense and the People's liberation army.

These places must be bureaucratic nightmares.

It's not funny, soon America's going to be a Walmart-Nation.

"In an unprecedented acquisition Wal-mart has purchased the entire city of New York. Discussions are now underway to change the cities name to New Wal-Mart.
New York Citizens are reminded the company has nothing but benevolent intentions for them and if they don't like it they are free to leave"

Its a ****ing huge network in a huge country. Its basically run by an entire ministry of railways which presents its own budget separate from the normal budget. The whole country is connected and its a lifeline for a ton of people and businesses since flying hasnt taken off (lol pun) the way it was intended and railways is the cheapest way of traveling and transportation unlike USA etc where railways are expensive to travel on.

The US Army is scary

Isn't that the point of an Army?

Military organizations have 2 purposes. To break shit and kill people. Anybody that tells you otherwise is lying to you.

Yep. The only difference between military action and terrorism is intent...

That being said, it's usually a pretty big difference.

But not always.

yeah, difference is that terrorists do it in a more smart and efficient way. They usually just do it to scare, not to take over a country.

I'd take Wally World guns over whatever China's got.

Chances are, they're probably the same thing.
