I am looking for a guitar that has:

2 medium/medium-high output humbuckers (with coil tap);
22 frets;
a fixed bridge;
good tuners;
a mahogany body or any chambered body (preferably);
a modern C neck shape or something less bulky.

...and is not a Epi or a Gibson.

The guitar should be reasonably priced. At least not overpriced. Pickup quality is not that important (I can change them anyway), but if they're good - that's a plus.

Thanks in advance!
Yup.

Reasonably priced is different for everyone, budget works a lot better, and just out of curiosity, why no Gibsons or Epi's?

i'm pretty sure a gibson is one of the only choices you have to fit that bill
Fender Strat Deluxe
Fender MexiStrat
Epiphone Sheritan
Ibanez Artcore

Around 800$ is the budget. I just don't like them.

Cort's M class and some PRS guitars seem to fit my description, only the tuners are a bit cheap on the Cort, and the PRS is a bit too expensive.
Yup.

Take a look at the Michael Kelly Patriots, they meet every one of your requirements.

LTD EC1000 for a different taste on a single cut (or really any model at the 1000 level) or step way up to an ESP Eclipse. look used. be patient.

i do have to say the PRS SE single cut would be a solid contender.

i strongly advise buying used.

what you want is a Gibson. seriously.every feature that you described is on a les paul.

i guess you must be one of the bandwagoneers.

if you want a nice guitar that is a little different, look into peavey wolfgangs. specifically the USA models. easily within budget. i own two, paid $350 and like $375 for the other, on two really good deals. they usually are closer to $500.
