dunno who tracii guns is, but if you mean the chick with the yellow guitar then it just looks like any old strat copy, though with a les paul-style headstock

^that would be tracii guns, who is a dude. when he finishes the solo part and the singer starts singing, you can see what looks like a loopy signature on the headstock, looks like paul reed smith's signature, but ive never seen a prs like that. possibly an ibanez of some sort?

It could be one of his Dillion guitars- the color & shape of the body and what I can see of the headstock are consistent with some of their models, but I can't see it well enough to be definite.
