So, I've been working on getting into some intense 32nd note type stuff, but I'm not sure how to start working up to that level. I'm talking about guys like Tony Royster Jr and Thomas Pridgen.

Anybody have some good advice on where to start for learning this stuff? Like, DvDs, books, etc?

I can't just listen to that and figure out what they're doing. Not without knowing the concept first.
