Im coinsidering getting a booster pedal and i saw this come my way it's £40 and people say it's like a ZVEX super duper clone but i haven't heard a genuine opinion on it tone wise thomine mark it as indie/blue's.

I need a boost pedal as while my amp has a good mid gain but lacks a little compression you can get a good rhyme guitar sound out of early kill em all metallica kinda but i want to get the lead as solo's are weak.

I tried the built in boost on my zoom pedal and it worked a treat.but unreliable.

also could the second channel make the amp dirtier for even heavier tone?

Also any problems with this pedal and whats it made of Plastic or metal. Overall comments on the construction.

unless you want an absolutely transparent boost an od used as a boost might be better for getting more compression. something tubescreamery normally works well. joyo vintage od is £30 or so.
I'm an idiot and I accidentally clicked the "Remove all subscriptions" button. If it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not, I'm just no longer subscribed to the thread. If you quote me or do the @user thing at me, hopefully it'll notify me through my notifications and I'll get back to you.

I'll have to put the Classic T models on my to-try list. Shame the finish options there are Anachronism Gold, Nuclear Waste and Aged Clown, because in principle the plaintop is right up my alley.

Presumably because the CCF (Combined Corksniffing Forces) of MLP and Gibson forums would rise up against them, plunging the land into war.

The SHO and super duper are some of the least compressed boost pedals out there. For a heavier tone you probably don't want a clean boost, anyway. Dave had it right with the OD suggestion.
