I just bought a cab for $200 and the only markings on it is a "BFi" logo on the top left corner. I googled the name, but nothing came up.
So, who knows about this BFi deal?

You might want to check the back of the speakers. If they are originals they would most likely have the name on them.

Then its front loaded. Take the front grille off and unscrew a speaker.

I've had tube amps for a while now, but never actually had any go down on me

I know only that BFi cabinets were sold under the brand name Bullfrog. They were somewhat popular with bassists back in the 1970s, but they weren't considered high-end gear. The construction was said to be very good. The tone was said to be average. The company may have become Sonic speaker cabinets, but I'm not certain of that. Sorry I can't be of more help.

The Speakers are probably ElectroVoice.
