Ok, the only difference I see in the two is that one has 24 XJ frets while the other only 22? And the finishes between the two are different. Is there anything else I'm missing that differentiates these two guitars? Do two extra frets justify the 150$ gap in price between the two?

Thanks

The EC-1000T is full thickness, meaning it's the same weight/thickness as any Gibson Les Paul. The normal EC-1000 is much thinner and lighter.

Awesome thanks! So besides playing live or anything, is the sound any different?

It would theoretically sound thicker, and chunkier than a standard LTD EC-1000, more in line with a Les Paul if a Les Paul had EMGs in it.
Maybe a Zakk Wylde soundalike? xD
